Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original MOSCOAL packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
